1. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the information shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymized string (hash) created from your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible alongside your comment.
2. Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from images.
3. Cookies
- If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for your convenience. These cookies last for one year.
- When visiting our login page, we set a temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies; it contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
- When you log in, we set several cookies to store login credentials and display preferences. Login cookies last two days; display settings cookies last one year. Selecting “Remember Me” keeps your login active for two weeks. Logging out removes login cookies.
- If you edit or publish an article, a cookie is saved in your browser containing the post ID of the article (no personal data). It expires after one day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves as though you visited those sites directly. These external sites may collect data, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content—especially if you have an account and are logged in on those sites.
5. WooCommerce Purchases & Account Data
When you make a purchase through our WooCommerce store, we collect information necessary to process your order, including name, billing/shipping address, payment details, and email. This data is used only for order fulfillment, support, and legal compliance.

- Comments: Retained indefinitely to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically.
- Registered Users: Personal information in your user profile is stored as long as your account is active. Users can view, edit, or delete their information at any time (username changes are not permitted). Website administrators can view and edit this data.
- Orders: Transaction records may be retained for tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
8. Your Rights Over Your Data
You can request:
- An exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including data you’ve provided.
- Deletion of your personal data, except where retention is required for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
